    Women of any nationality pursuing undergraduate business degrees who demonstrate outstanding potential in the field are eligible. To apply, you must meet the following minimum requirements: Be eligible to enter the third or fourth year of an undergraduate degree program at an accredited university/college/institute program at the time the funds are received; have achieved an outstanding academic record during the first 2 to 3 years of academic studies; demonstrate intent to complete a program in business and show outstanding achievement in businessrelated subjects, as recorded on the official university/college/institute transcript.

In addition to application, nominees must supply 1 confidential letter of recommendation from a faculty member in the major field of study; 1 confidential letter of recommendation from an employer, volunteer supervisor, or academic advisor; an essay that clearly describes immediate and future academic and career goals; and verification of enrollment from the university/college/ institute registrar.
